THE HOLIDAY HOME
Casa Trasimonte is situated on a hill overlooking Lake Trasimeno. It is located in central Italy on the border of Tuscany and Umbria.
The house can be rented for max. 12 persons. The house consists of:
5 bedrooms (4 x double bed + 2 x single bed + bunk bed + double sofa bed)
Living room
Fully equipped kitchen (with direct access to terrace)
3 bathrooms (2 directly accessible from the bedroom and 1 shared with the other rooms)
Spacious outdoor terrace at the height of the kitchen
Access to the garden with exclusive private swimming pool (open from mid-May to the end of September)
Air conditioning on the ground floor and in the bedrooms on the first floor
LAKE TRASIMENO
Eight towns surround the lake, some on panoramic hilltops such as Città della Pieve, Paciano, Panicale and Piegaro – others on the lake shore such as Castiglione del Lago, Passignano sul Trasimeno and Tuoro sul Trasimeno.
The beach of Tuoro Sul Trasimeno is 10 minutes from Casa Trasimonte. You can use the changing rooms and showers for free. Bring your towel or rent an 'ombrellone' if you want to enjoy the peace and the view for a while or rent a canoe, surfboard, pedalo or mountain bike if you want to be more active.

At the end of the pier, the ferry departs for Isola Maggiore, the main island of Lake Trasimeno and well worth a visit.

ITALIAN SUN, WINE, CULTURE

From the holiday home you can make various trips to beautiful known and lesser known villages under the Italian sun. Less than 1 hour towards Tuscany you are in the wine towns Montepulciano, and Montalcino. Sniff culture in Pienza, Asciano, and Arezzo. In the shopping street of Cortona you can find regional products and the larger city of Sienna has it all in one. Direction Umbria you are less than an hour in Perugia, Assisi, Todi and Gubbio. In short, everything for a dream holiday.
